Summary from the brochure EVERK 2001
The exhibition, 28th August – 30th August 2001 is to be arranged in the Olympic Hall/The Viking Ship, in the city of Hamar, Norway. It is the only Norwegian exhibition addressed directly to power plants and distributors and their employees.
EVERK 2001 is the eight exhibition to be hold in Hamar. The traditional strong interest from both visitors and exhibitors shows that exposure on EVERK 2001 may give results.
EVERK 2001 is a coorperation between Utstillingsplassen Messer AS and EBL Kompetanse AS, a sister company of the Norwegian Powerdistributing Organization, consisting of 220 private and public companies within production, transfusion and distribution. EBL Kompetanse regards the exhibition as a valuable meetingplace both for the power stations and the exhibitors, as well as EBL Kompetanse´s own conection for professional assistance and training.
EVERK 2001 is organized as an practical exhibition for products within the powersector, focusing on rational work methodes and effective use of material and equipment for the power stations. Practical demonstrations and seminars will be a part of the exhibition. Training will be in focus.
EVERK 2001 will give suppliers, consultants and organizations an unic opportunity for presentation of products and service for the energy sector. Number of visitors has increased for each of the former exhibitions. The EVERK exhibition has counted between 5-7 000 visitors each year it has been arranged. The exhibitions have had an impression of inventive exhibitors and institutions wich has contributed to an activ and instructiv exhibition.

The organizer of EVERK 2001 will send an invitation to all Norwegian power stations. We produce and distribute invitationcards for further distribution to customers.THE EXHIBITION:
EVERK 2001 has available 20 da outdoor area, asphalt, and 7.000 sqm indoor exhibitionspace. EVERK 2001 will use the outdoor area in an active manner. We will emphesize on giving the exhibitors creative freedom. The shape of the area should not limit the oppurtunity as far as the ideas can be worked out.
The indoor exhibition will present:
Current organizations - EDP remedy - Material for power stations - Transformers - Controle equipment - Measure equipment - Tools - Protective equipment.
The outdoor exhibition will present: Producition machinery - Work platforms - Connection equipment - Cable project - Distribution equipment, Connection boxes - Transformers.
Outdoor stands on asphalt, stand size is depending on the depth, 5 m or 10 m.
There wil be a area for demonstrations and pre-programmed shows. The organizer welcomes ideas for the shows. It will be possible to dig holes on the gravel area with the organizers permission. Electricity power can be connected.
Indoor stands. The Viking Ship has posibilities for 7.000 sqm indoor area. There will be two types of stands.
Zone 1: Small stands (9 - 60 sqm) built up by wooden frame work, 2,5 m high, size depending on the depth, 3 m or 6 m.
Zone 2: Large stands (min. 60 sqm)

The company Foto- Presse- & PR-Service will produce an exhibition-catalogue, presenting all exhibitors with standnumber and place. POLE CLIMBING with practical work
Norwegian Championship in pole climbing for teams will be arranged.

Payment: 50 % of total amount by receipt of first invoice 1st March 2001.
Rest by receipt of second invoice 1st June 2001.
Indoor installation can start 24th August at 8 am.
Indoor installation must be finished by 27th August at 10 pm.
The exhibition open 28th August at 9 am.
The exhibition close 30th August at 4 pm.
Dismounting must be finished 31st August at 4 pm.
Outdoor installation by appointment.
Dismounting of outdoor temporary tent etc. can, with permission, be done 4th September.
The Viking Ship is provided with two doorways for cars, largest doorway is 4,5 m high and 4 m wide. The floor can take 1000 kilo per sqm.
